Competition is heating up as gym teams from across Donegal prepare for the Donegal International Car Push 2025!
This evening, Wednesday 21st May, eleven teams from Donegal’s gyms and fitness centres will be pushing eleven cars 5km through Letterkenny to raise funds for Relay for Life Donegal.
The fun starts at 6.30pm, with DJ Tubbsy and 6-time Donegal International Winner Andrew Nesbitt warming up the crowd, plus The Kitchen will have the BBQ all fired up.
The first car (driven by yours truly!) leaves the start line at Diver’s Hyundai on the Canal Road at 7pm.
A large turnout is expected to cheer on the teams and celebrity drivers on the gruelling course.
Gardaí are advising road users to be aware that the event is taking place and to expect some delays.
“Leave extra time for your journey if planning to travel in that area and drive at a safe speed,” said a notice from gardaí.
