Team Hup from the Hup Fitness gym in Drumkeen had incredible success at last Saturday’s HYROX Baltics event in Riga, Latvia.
The team proudly brought home 11 flags, and Kelly Flynn and Louise Hayden both secured two coveted spots for the World Championships.
It was an incredible weekend, with many team members setting personal bests.
HYROX is a rapidly growing functional fitness competition that combines functional movements and cardio challenges. The race consists of eight different challenges interspersed with 1km runs.
