Cara House Family Resource Centre is proud to celebrate Men’s Health Week, taking place from Monday 9th to Sunday, 15 June.
This year’s national theme, “Shoulder to Shoulder – Connecting for Health,” highlights the importance of connection and peer support in promoting men’s physical and mental well-being.
“We are delighted to be part of this important national initiative,” said Martina McGinty, Manager of Cara House.
“Men’s Health Week is a valuable opportunity to open up conversations around men’s health – mental, physical, and emotional – and to create a supportive community where men feel seen, heard, and connected.”
Cara House warmly invites men of all ages to take part, bring a friend, and be part of this positive and welcoming week of events. All sessions are free of charge unless otherwise noted.
Throughout the week, Cara House will host a series of inclusive, health-focused events, welcoming men from all walks of life to come together, talk openly, and take positive steps toward better health.
