Davy Cowan went back to school this week but it was all for a good cause!
Davy, representing the Relay for Life committee, traveled to meet pupils and teachers from Scoil Cholmcille, Kilmacrennan, to collect a cheque for their recent ‘Roll Call for Relay’ activities.
Included are teachers Máire Greene, Rachel Hegarty and principal John Devenney.
A fantastic day was had by all as the children and staff participated in the event for Relay for the Irish Cancer Society.
Donegal footballer Niall O’Donnell arrived with the Anglo Celt cup and some of the Termon senior team gave out ice creams.
Several fun challenges were completed including jersey day, relay walks around the school grounds in the morning followed by music and dance throughout the day.
