Amber Barrett and Tyler Toland were both part of an Ireland team which were well-beaten by an excellent USA side 4-0 in Denver last night.
The friendly was played in stifling heat and altitude with USA manager Emma Hayes resting of her big names.
But a string of young stars were too much for the Ireland team.
Tyler Toland came on for Ruesha Littlejohn in the 46th minute while Amber Barrett played 75 minutes and was replaced by Erin Healy.
The teams will meet again this weekend.
