Good luck to the Senior Hurlers on Saturday
The Seniors and Reserves both went down to narrow defeats on Sunday away to St. Michael’s. They have a double-header this weekend. On Friday both teams travel to Gaoth Dobhair (6:15pm & 7:30pm throw-ins) before making the short trip to neighbours Glenswilly on Sunday afternoon. The Juniors got another victory, this time against Glenfin in a close, hard fought game. Their next game is away to MacCumhaills.
The Senior Hurlers travel to Lisbellew this Saturday (21st) for the semi finals of the Ulster Táin League Division 4 against Mattock Rangers of Collon, Co. Louth at 2pm.
The Minor Footballers got two good wins under their belt in the last week defeating both Sean MacCumhaills and Buncrana. They have no game scheduled this week.
Our Minor Hurlers lost narrowly 3-5 to 3-8 against MacCumhaills on Thursday. The U14’s prepared for the County Féile with a comfortable league win over MacCumhaills but had a disappointing day in the Féile losing by a goal to Aodh Ruadh in the semi-final.
The U-16 Boy’s Footballers will travel to take on MacCumhaills next Monday (23rd) in the Div. 1 Shield Final.
Our U-14 Footballers (boys) still await the date for their Co. Féile Final against Aodh Rua, Ballyshannon. It could take place this weekend or next.
The U-14 Girls make the short journey to the Glebe to play the Gaels this Tuesday after another good win in Milford last week in a high scoring encounter 8-09 to 6-07 and they too await the date for their Co. Féile final.
U-12 Girls Football training starts this Wednesday (18th) in the Park at 5pm. Get the wet gear on!
The U-12 Hurlers took part in an all county blitz last Sunday, competing well in all their games.
The Friday Evening Hurling & Camogie Academy is back up and running at 6:30pm every Friday. It caters for U-6’s up to U-10’s and new members are very welcome.
The Sunday Morning Football Academy also started last week and begins at 11am sharp. It also caters for U-6’s up to U-10’s and again new members are welcome.
