Two Donegal people have been featured on the latest tax defaulters list by Revenue.
Revenue Commissioners have revealed that they have had six-figure settlement offers from two people in the county who did not declare full tax amounts.
Fast food provider Nunzio Magliocco of the Ballybofey Grill from Main Street, Ballybofey has been ordered to pay over €336,000 for the under-declaration of Income Tax, PAYE, PRSI and USC.
As of June 30th, Mr Magliocco has still to pay €331,500 of the remaining amount.
Farmer Ivor Stewart from Illistrin Letterkenny faced a bill of €117,627 for non-declaration of Capital Acquisitions Tax.
Sixty six cases from the second quarter of the year were published in the ‘name and shame’ list by Revenue this week. A total of €8,879,893 in settlements have been published from an array of tax defaulters including companies linked to comedian Mario Rosenstock and promoter Denis Desmond.
