DRUMKEEN UNITED TARGETED BY VANDALS

VANDALS have wrecked Drumkeen United football club.

One man has been arrested after pitches were wrecked, nets broken and other equipment destroyed in the incident which is set to cost the club thousands of euro.

A summer scheme at the club will go ahead, officials said this morning.

Gardai believe the attack took place around 4am this morning and are continuing their investigations.
