A sale of more than 40 properties across Donegal will go under the hammer today.
The auction of sites, houses, pubs and shop units is being handled by the Easy Let estate agency.
The properties range from a holiday home in Greencastle with a reserve price of €25,000 to a 13 acre site in Culdaff with five properties on it for a reserve of €290,000.
Other sites include a commercial property in Culdaff and a range of houses in various locations including Letterkenny, Trentagh and Ballindrait.
A large turn-out for the various lots is expected at the auction at the Mount Errigal Hotel which starts at 2pm.
