SOCCER: DONEGAL YOUTH LEAGUE ROUND-UP

It was a good weekend for the home teams in Ulster FA Youth  Cup matches played at the weekend. Bonagee United travelled to Keadue and were beaten by Rosses Academy courtesy of a second half strike from Darragh Hanlon.

Letterkenny Rovers defeated Cappry Rovers 3-0- Letterkenny goals coming from Odhran McMacken ,Kieran McPherson and James Gillen and  Erne Wanderers also had a 3-0 home victory at the weekend beating Drumbar United. The Fanad United and Buncranna Hearts tie was called off.

This weekend it’s cup action again, with four games down for decision in the John”Gorey”Curran Cup. Fanad United travel to play Rosses Academy, Drumbar United host Letterkenny Rovers, Erne Wanderers have home advantage over Bonagee United and Cappry Rovers are away to Illistrin FC.

All games kick-off 2pm. Extra-time and penalties if required.

Games reversible if home pitch unplayable.
