Sympathy
The club extends its sincere sympathy to the family of Pat Lafferty formerly of Dromore and Stranorlar following his recent sad passing. Pat was the captain of the Red Hughs team which reached the County Junior Final in 1959 and he was effectionately know as the ‘The Bird’ due to his distinctive style of play. The club formed a guard of honour at his funeral which included many of his 1959 colleagues and current club members.
