GAA NEWS – FOUR MASTERS CLUB NOTES

Four Masters Lotto: One lucky member scooped the jackpot this week, congratulations to Marie Feely, Drimeena, Lough Eske, who was the lucky winner of €2000. The numbers drawn were 5, 10, 15 and 19. This is the third lucky winner since the beginning of the year. The lotto is a crucial element of the Club and ensures that the Club can sustain itself and has the ability to continue developing. Please support the Club and put yourself in the position of winning some money. To play the lotto please speak with Paul Timoney on 087 2791305. Next week’s lotto stands at €1000. The draw will take place Monday 3rd June.four masters

Four Masters U10 Blitz: The Under 10’s competed in a very entertaining blitz in Tir Conaill Park on Saturday morning, 25th May. The Club hosted teams from Dungloe and Killybegs. The Four Masters boys won four out of the five games they played. Great credit must go to all the boys who represented the Club on the day, their hard work and dedication on the training pitch was very evident in their play. Special thanks to all who helped especially the refs and the ladies who did the refreshments.

U8 Hurling: The Four Masters U8 hurlers travelled to Aodh Rua to compete in a blitz involving, Aodh Rua, Setanta and young hurlers from, Drumcliffe-Rosses Point GAA. A great display of hurling took place for two hours and all children put in great effort. Well done!

U8 Blitz: Ronan Boyle’s U8’s will take to the field in Tirchonaill Park on Saturday 1st June at 12 noon. They will meet Dungloe and Aodh Rua. Good luck to all children involved. U8 footballers train every Monday 6.30 – 7.30.

Championship: The very best of luck to the Senior and Senior Reserves who are in Ardara this Sunday. Reserves game starts at 5.00pm. Seniors playing at 6.30pm. Please try to get along to support the boys.

Ladies U16B County Final: The very best of luck to U16B Ladies who will face Milford in the County Final on Friday 31st May – venue will be Convoy or Killygordan. 7pm throw in.
