THE nation has backed the second referendum establishing a new Court of Appeal to fast-track cases.
And Donegal voters also backed the need for more judges.
In Donegal South West 65% – or 11,978- voted yes and 35% or 6,448 people voted no.
The vote was tighter in Donegal North East where 56% or 9,361 people voted yes for the new courts, opposed by 44%, or 7,270, voting no.
