The lads get ready for the charity cycle – complete with Movember moustaches!

This year fifteen lads from the Falcarragh area are doing a charity cycle from the mountain top in Letterkenny to Falcarragh in fancy dress in aid of Movember Prostate Cancer Awareness on the 30th of November at 12.30pm.

The lads in conjunction with Movember are growing their 70’s and 80’s style moustaches for men’s prostate cancer.

The boys have been giving thier sweat and tears this last while to be in shape and some would doubt it! But they are giving it a go!

Some of the lads have been affected by prostate cancer and that’s why this cycle is happening.

So if you see a load of hairy men on Saturday the 30th of November cycling in fancy dress then blow the horn and get them to move along. It’s all in aid of a good cause too.

Anyone wanting to sponsor these lads may do so by going online to ie.movember.com and searching for the team called ‘The Tom Selleck’s’ Also that night they have Dj Wild playing in Flynn’s bar from 9pm till close so anyone in the area come down to support the lads in both of these events.
