It made double the reserve price but it still went for a song!
A house in need of completion in Convoy sold for just €33,000 at auction yesterday.
The 1,770sq ft house on its own plot of land, had a reserve price of just €15,000.
But after a number of bids at the All Sop Auction at Dublin’s RDS, the house was sold for just €33,000.
The four bedroom house at Magheracorran is in need of completion but if roofed and has windows, doors and all external building works.
Some internal works still need to be completed.
Another Donegal property due to go under the hammer at the auction was withdrawn.
