LADIES FOOTBALL: Ladies have no games until the exams are finished.
LADIES REFEREE COURSE: Anyone in the Club who would be interested in doing a course regarding Referees for Ladies football in the County please contact Club Secretary David Hession on 0860538537 asap this week. The Donegal Ladis Gaelic board are running this level 2 course on Monday June 9th in the Clanree Hotel Letterkenny at 7.00pm.
SCHOOL BLITZ: There will be a school blitz in Straid on Wednesday for 3rd & 4th class girls & boys from the 4 schools in the parish from 11am to 2.00pm. There will be over 110 children attending so any help would be greatly appreciated on the day particularly any referees available to help out. INISHOWEN GAA BLITZ: Good luck to all the girls & Boys from the Club/Parish schools who are representing North Inishowen in the Blitz in Carndonagh on Sunday June 8th at 5.00pm & 6.30pm. Boys selected: URRIS-Jack Doherty-Gavin McDaid-Matthew Brennan-David McGonigle-Sean McCarron-Luke Doherty-Conor Doherty-Oisin Devlin. Girls team: URRIS-Caoimhe Devlin-Katlyn McDaid-AImee Kirkland-Jacqueline Duffy-Eimear Doherty-Shannon Doherty-Allanna Friel-Megan McDaid.
UNDER-AGE FIXTURES: Our U8 teams had a great day out in Moville last Saturday, 42 children travelled out- 3 boys matches and 1 girls match. All went well on the day to match the sunshine and the boys and girls were strong in every match. So a big well done to our stars for the future and not forgetting their mentors. Next up for the U8 they play at home to Malin at 11am on Saturday morning.
U10 Go Games Urris travel to play Moville Tuesday at 6.30pm and our U12 teams are home to Moville Tuesday night at 6.30pm also.

BOOT EXCHANGE SCHEME: for Under-age players now up and running: In these times of financial constraints on families the club has introduced this exchange programme-old football boots in good condition that children have out grown can be dropped in or exchanged for a bigger/smaller pair as required. A minimum donation of €5 to the club for the boots that are taken away. Please contact Nichola Lagan on 0866030736 for further information . All boots can be dropped off at all Under-age training/matches.
