GAA NEWS: KILCAR FACE LEAGUE LEADERS NAOMH CONAILL THIS WEEKEND

Kilcar GAA Notes

Seniors

Our seniors have to matches this weekend against two sides that are going well in the league first up is home tie against neighbours Ardara on Friday at 8pm and they are away to league leaders Naomh Conaill on Sunday 27th at 3pm.  Kilcar

These promise to be good matches so get out and support the lads, the reserves have one match this weekend also away to Naomh Conaill on Sunday at 1:30.

Underage

Our Under 14’s are playing this Saturday in the Divisional Semi Final venue and time be confirmed our Under 16s started their league campaign on Monday evening with a narrow one point defeat against Killybegs final score Cill Chartha 3-12 Na Cealla Beaga 4-10.

Donegal County Teams

Well done to Donegal seniors on reaching the Ulster Final for the fourth year in a row and to the minors on reaching their first final since 2006 following their wins against Antrim in the Ulster Championship semi-finals in Clones last Sunday especially to Patrick, Ryan, Stephen, Conor and Andrew, best of luck in the finals!

Scrap Saturday

Thanks to everyone who supported the very successful Scrap Metal at Towney all funds raised will go to the development of CLG Chill Chartha.

Lotto

There was no winner of the Club Lotto Jackpot so next week’s Jackpot is €5,900 this week’s numbers were 7, 13, 20 and 22 winners were: €50 Maureen Cannon, Cruckarra, €30 David Kevin Lowther, Kilcar and €20 Susan Molloy, Castlecarn. Lotto Plus numbers 6, 9, 15 and 23 there was no winner.

Bingo

Club Bingo winners €220 Una Blaine, €140 Joe Haughey, €110 Bernie O’Gara, €70 Breege McDevitt, Mary Diver, Michelle Lowther, Carmel McGinley, Marie Doogan, Kathleen Cunningham and Jim McLaughlin. The Jackpot next week is €2,250 on 45 numbers.
