LETTERKENNY 24/7: ADAM SPEER IN GOOD FORM AT THE AQUATHLON IN GALWAY

TriathlonThere was a diverse number of events last weekend with members taking part in events locally, nationally and in London.

Pride of place goes to club veteran John Cannon who won his age group in the National Aquathlon championship in Galway.

Triona Mcmenamin did well in the cancer coastal challenge, Christine Russell was second woman in the Glenarm Sprint triathlon and Paddy Bond had a pb in the Moville lighthouse swim swimming 1500 metres in 24.44 . Eugene McGettigan performed well in the ulster 25 mile time trial finishing 23rd in a time of 1.01.34
