Lady Captain’s competition will be the aggregate of 2 days on Tuesday 12th Aug and Saturday 16th Aug.

There are several golfing events in the week leading up to Lady Captain’s Day , please see the notice board in the Ladies Locker Room for the details and to secure entry.

The Junior Cup will play Malone in Temple Patrick, Belfast on Sunday 10th Aug. in the semi-final of the Ulster Junior Cup. The club would like to wish Marian O’Sullivan and her team good luck and it must be noted that this is the only the second time that the club has entered a team in the Junior Cup , so well done to junior ladies.

The Challenge Cup was defeated by Royal Belfast at home last week. This panel of players enjoyed success to Ulster Quarter Final and should not be disappointed. A big thank you to Margo Birmingham, Nellie Mc Hugh, team captains and the challenge panel for their commitment to the competition.

Runner up, Pauline Curley 37 pts bot., Gross: Mary Murray 23 gross points. 3rd: Eithne Diver 37points. F 9: Deirdre Hensey, Portsalon 20 pts bot. B 9: Celine Markey 18 pts. Senior Lady: Eileen Daly 34 pts., 36hcp: Eileen Harvey 34 pts.. 2s: Breid McLaughlin 5th, Tracy Spence & Anne Condon 8th

Deirdre O’Toole Portsalon – 13th.

Congratulations to all the winners. The Ladies Club would like to wish Lady Captain, Catherine Cooke-Harkin a very enjoyable Captain’s week.
