DONEGAL SFC PREVIEW: FOUR MASTERS EXPECTED TO COMPLETE FORMALITIES AGAINST GLENFIN

Karl Lacey will look to guide Four Masters into the last eight of the Donegal SFC when they face Glenfin on Saturday evening.

Four Masters travel to Glenfin on Saturday evening knowing a victory will see them top the group and advance to the last eight of the Donegal SFC.

Four Masters delivered a polished and clinical display last weekend against Mac Cumhaills and ran out convincing winners in the end.

With Glenfin’s hopes of advancing to the knock-out stages of the Donegal SFC now extinguished, it’s hard to see past a Four Masters win.

With Donegal stars Karl Lacey, Paul Durcan and Luke Keaney at their disposal, the Donegal Town side are a formidable outfit.

Glenfin were desperately unlucky last weekend against Ardara.

They put in a spirited display and narrowly lost out to Ardara by one point.

It was a marked improvement from their bitter defeat to local rivals Mac Cumhaills a week earlier, but despite their brave display, they ultimately bowed out of the competition.

Glenfin are resigned to the fact they’ll be involved in a play-off to secure their senior status.

With just pride left to play for on Saturday it will be difficult for Glenfin.

Four Masters need the win, and they should get it.

VERDICT – FOUR MASTERS
