ULSTER JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP: BRILLIANT URRIS DEFEAT ARVA TO REACH SEMI-FINALS

ULSTER JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP QUARTER FINAL:

The senior team travelled to Breffni Park, Cavan on Sunday and recorded a fantastic win over the Cavan Junior Champions Arva, final score Iorras 2-06 Arva 0-09.

This was a great team display especially in the second half by the lads. The two goals in each half were scored by Peter Devlin.

The team can now look forward to the Ulster semi-final against Keady on Sunday November 16th. CLG Iorras say a massive thanks to Danny Kelly, his backroom team and all the players for the great effort being put in.

Also, a big thanks to all our supporters who travelled in big numbers to Breffni Park on Sunday, your continued support much appreciated. CLUB IORRAS OCTOBER WINNERS: €50-Gerard Friel, Dunaff, €30-Edward Mc Laughlin, Tullagh and €20-Michael Farren, Letterkenny. Thanks to all who support our monthly Club Iorras draw.

CLUB MEETING: There is a club meeting on Wednesday night at 8.00pm

BUY A BLOCK PHASE 2: Due to a successful Clubhouse Opening and renewed interest the club has decided to run “Buy a Block “phase 2 until December 31.

If interested, blocks can be purchased for €10. Funds raised will be used for further development of our clubhouse.

BIG BINGO: The Club is running a Big Bingo on Sunday coming- November 9th in the Clonmany Youth & Community Centre. €1,000 to be won on the 9th page.
