Donegal Death Notices – Rest in Peace

Donegal death notices for today, Wednesday, August 10th.

 

Pádraig DUGGAN
The death has taken place at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, Dublin of Padraig Duggan, Upper Dore, Gweedore. Removal to St Mary’s Church, Derrybeg tomorrow, Wednesday, arriving at 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Thursday at 1pm with burial afterwards in Magheragallon Cemetery.

 

Charles MELLY
The death has taken place in St. Margaret’s of Scotland, Hospice, Clydebank of Charles Melly, formerly of Renny, Lettermacaward.

Remains arriving at St Brigid’s Chapel, Lettermacaward for 7.30pm tomorrow, Wednesday 10th, to repose overnight. Funeral Mass on Thursday, 11th August, at 11am with burial afterwards in the old graveyard. Donations in lieu of flowers to St Margaret’s of Scotland Hospice, Clydebank, c/o Stephen O’ Donnell & Sons Funeral Care or any family member.

Hugh GRANT

The death has occurred of Hugh Grant, Donegard, Malin Head. Funeral on Thursday at 10.30am to St Mary’s Church, Lagg, Malin for Requiem Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to the Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry. Family time from 11pm till 11am.

 

Mary MCGONIGLE
The death has taken place of Mary McGonigle, Carowmena, Lecamey, Moville. Removal on Thursday, 11th August, at 1.20pm for 2pm Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Ballincrea followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family time please from 10.30pm till 11am.

 

Mairead DOOGAN
The death has taken place of Mairead Doogan, Cashelnagor, Gortahork. Former teacher in Pobal Scoil, Gweedore. Reposing at her home in Cashelnagor from 3pm today, Wednesday, 10th August. House strictly private please.

Funeral Mass on Thursday morning, 11th August, at 11am in The Church of Christ The King, Gortahork followed by a private cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Co. Cavan. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Donegal Hospice.
Breid DEVINE
The death has occurred of Breid Devine, Barrack, New Mills, Letterkenny. Reposing at her late residence from 7pm yesterday, Tuesday evening. Funeral Mass tomorrow, Thursday, in St Columba’s Church, Glenswilly at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Kilpeak Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Donegal Hospice c/o any family member or Con Mc Daid Funeral Director.
