Lagan Harps FC

Our men’s team bowed out of the Ulster Junior cup when they lost 4-2 to Culdaff FC. Kenny Doran scored both goals. They have a free weekend due to the Oscar Traynor cup. Our u/12B’s beat Ballybofey Colts 4-0 to win the East Donegal division one title.

Goals from Matthew Peoples(2), Jamie Davenport and Shay Mc Cole sealed the win. Well done to the boys and girls for their great performances over the season. Our u/9’s and u/8’s did well winning the Shield competitions they took part in over the weekend.

Thanks to all the old boys who turned out for the benefit game in Bonagee on Sunday.

Was a great night and a great crowd. The club extends sympathy to the Mc Daid family, Drumkeen and the Given family, Convoy on their recent bereavements. In our weekly lotto the numbers drawn were 1,14,16 and 18. 23 people had two numbers with Monica Gribben drawn out and winning €50. Next weeks jackpot is €7300.
