Gardai have confirmed they are investigating a complaint that a man exposed himself to a mother and daughter at Inch in Inishowen.
The incident happened in recent weeks while the mum and daughter were out for an afternoon walk.
The mum was left extremely traumatised after the incited which happened on the Inch Lane Walkway.
The man also roared obscenities at the woman in a loud voice leaving the one year old child very upset.
The man escaped through a local wooded area.
