There were good performances by Kincasslagh Rowing Club members yesterday at the Irish Provinces Indoor Rowing Championships at Limerick University.

In the 2000m event Kathleen Mcgonagle rowed a personal best in the Ladies 30-39 section to claim 3rd place and a bronze medal, a first ever for a Kincasslagh member at the indoors.

There were personal best times for Paul McGonagle finishing 5th in the Men’s 40-49 year category and Aidan Greene who finished 5th in the Lightweight Men’s U23 category.

Congratulations to Donegal rowers Danny and Keane Ryan, and Bernard Doohan who all had excellent performances claiming medals in different categories.
