LETTERKENNY MAN Dale Gorman has been awarded a new two-year contract at Stevenage FC.

The 20-year old midfielder has made 18 appearances this season for Boro and scored his first goal away at Barnet in December.

The youngster is one of three Northern Ireland Under-21 internationals currently in Darren Sarll’s Stevenage squad.

In December 2015, Gorman was given a three-year contract at the club, but today he has been handed a new, improved deal.

The former Letterkenny Rovers midfielder joined Stevenage in 2013 as a schoolboy.
