Jockey Martin Harley ‘Serenedes The Stars’ at Chelmsford!

MARTIN HARLEY bagged his latest winner last evening at Chelmsford.

The Trentagh man’s fine start to 2017 continued when he guided the James Tate-trained Serenade The Stars to victory.

The three-year-old was sent off as the 11/10 favourite and, under Harley’s direction, staved off La Vie En Rose, a 10/1 shot ridden by Joe Fanning, to win with four lengths to spare.

Harley was then third on David Simcock’s Tell A Story, which was at the head of the bookmakers’ blackboards at 2/1 later in the evening.
