A man from Inishowen will today go on trial charged with theft from an apartment in Buncrana.
Francis McDonagh, aged 41, is charged with stealing money from the home of Caroline McDaid at 12 Sliabh Sneacht in Buncrana on September 30th, 2015.
Mr McDonagh, of Tullyarvan, Buncrana, has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
His trial begins today at Letterkenny Circuit Court before Judge Martin Nolan.
