Donegal jockey Oisin Orr was back in the winners’ enclosure at Dundalk last night.

Ballyare’s Orr was victorious aboard Split The Atom, the even money favourite, in the Dundalk Stadium Business Claiming Race.

The David Marnane-trained five-year-old, was seventh at the halfway point of the six-furlong race.

Under Orr’s guidance, Split The Atom chased the leaders and took command just inside the last furlong, holding on for victory under strong pressure in the closing stages.

Split The Atom was half-a-length in front of Burn The Boats (6/1) with 11/1 Master Bond in third.

Later in the evening, Orr came in third on The Invisible Dog, an 11/4 shot trained by AJ Martin.

The Light Up Your Night Maiden was won by 7/4 favourite Robe Of Honour, a nose ahead of 9/1 Nivvo with Orr not far behind in third.
