Donegal Death Notices – Rest in Peace

Donegal death notices for today, Saturday, September 23.

 

Maureen BERGIN
The death has occurred of Maureen Bergin, Ballycastle, Antrim / Belfast, Antrim / Frosses, Donegal, peacefully at Leabank Nursing Home, daughter of the late Catherine and Jack, sister of Aidan Bergin and the late Hugh, Ita and Gerard, formerly of St. James’ Drive Belfast.

Her Requiem Mass is on Monday 25th September 2017 at 10:00 am. in St. Patrick’s and St.Brigid’s Church, Ballycastle. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Frosses, Co.Donegal at 3:30 Deeply regretted by her loving brother, and entire family circle.

 

Thomas WALKER
The sudden death has occurred in Leeds, England of Thomas Walker, 16 Railway Avenue, Killygordon. Beloved husband of Geraldine, much loved father of Andrew Kelsey, and Milissa, cherished son of Harold and Hazel, dearly loved brother of Graham, Mark, Darren, Amanda, Nikki and Shirley. Sadly missed by his wife, son, daughters, father, mother, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, Harold’s partner Bridie, extended family circle, neighbours and friends.

His remains will repose at his home on Sunday, Sept. 24th, from 5pm until 10pm and on Monday from 11am until 10pm. Funeral leaving his home on Tuesday, Sept. 26th, at 10.30am for requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Crossroads, Killygordon, at 11am, with interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Donations in lieu of flowers please, if so desired, to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Fund, care of Geraldine Walker or G.Mc Cool & Son, Funeral Directors. Family time on the morning of the funeral.
