Donegal Death Notices – Rest in Peace

Donegal death notices for today, Saturday, February 10.

 

Danny MCGEEVER
The death has occurred of Danny McGeever, Scribley, Letterkenny, Donegal.

Reposing at his late residence. Funeral Mass on Sunday, February 11th, at 12 noon in St. Eunan’s Cathedral with burial afterwards in the family plot in Conwal Cemetery. House private. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to St. Joseph’s Hospital, Finn View Ward Patients Comfort Fund c/o Con McDaid & Sons Funeral Directors or any family member.

 

John MCDAID
The death has occurred of John McDaid, Ballydevitt, Donegal Town, Donegal.

Reposing at his late residence. Removal today, Saturday evening, to St. Mary’s Church, Killymard arriving at 6.45pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11am followed by burial in the local cemetery. House Strictly private to family and friends only. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Alzheimers Society.

 

Gerard GALLAGHER
The death has occurred of Gerard Gallagher, Ardeskin Heights, Donegal Town, Donegal.

Removal from Donegal Community Hospital, Donegal Town today, Saturday evening, to St. Patrick’s Church, Donegal Town, to arrive at 5.30pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11.30am followed by burial in Killymard Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to the Patients’ Comfort Fund, Donegal Community Hospital.

 

Annie BRADLEY (née Friel)
The death has occurred of Annie Bradley (née Friel), Rinboy, Fanad, Donegal, and Crawley West Sussex. Beloved wife of John and loving mother of daughters Brighid Mc Phearson (New Zealand), Michele Desmond, Deirdre Dunlavey and sons Séan and Arthur (all UK). Sister of Humphrey, Seamus, Mary and the late Denis and Brid Nora. Sadly missed by all her extended family and many friends.

Reposing at her brother Humphrey’s residence Rinmore, Fanad from 12noon on Sunday 11th February. Removal from there on Monday 12th going to St. Mary’s Church, Fanavolty for Requiem Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to the St. Vincent de Paul c/o Mc Ateer Funeral Directors or any family member. House private please after 11pm and from 11am on the morning of the funeral.
