The Three Rivers Shotokan club travelled to Dublin to take part in the Onakai National Amateur Karate Association of Ireland and Onakai National Junior Kumite championships held at Tallaght leisure centre on Saturday.
The small group from Lifford proved a strong force on the mats again as they returned with new National titles for Kodi Connolly, Ciarán Crawford and Brodie Hannigan, silver medals for Lauren Wallace, Mark Doherty and Eoin Crawford and bronze for Tammy Porter and Caoimhe Dolan.
Sunday saw Ciarán Crawford and Natasha Doherty return to Dublin to take part in the ONAKAI Junior Kumite Championships that took place Ballyfermot with both putting on strong performances to bring back another two national titles to the club.
The Three Rivers Shotokan Karate club train Monday and Wednesday nights at the Resource Centre Lifford from 6.30-7.30pm new members are always welcome.
