Racing returns to Carrickadawson on Sunday

The Northwest Horse and Pony Racings second event of the season is scheduled for this Sunday the 26th of May at Carrickadawson on the St Johnston road with a nine race card. 

The first race of the afternoon is set to get underway at 2.30pm and again National Champion jockey Dylan Browne McMonagle will be looking to add to his tally after notching up a five timer at the opening meeting of the season.

The Letterkenny supremo was in action just over a week ago in Kilbarron Co Tipperary where he booted home a treble bringing his total to nine for the champion so far.

Co Galway rider Danny Gilligan & Antrim rider Sam Ewing will also have a good books of rides and will also be big contenders for the National Champion Title 2019.

Bookmakers will be in attendance and refreshments will be on course. Come along for a great family day out.
