The Donegal Youth League were well beaten by the Mayo Youth League in the FAI Inter-League Competition yesterday on Saturday afternoon at Ballyare.

The visitors ran in four second half goals to leave Letterkenny with a 4-0 win and thus Donegal will have to wait and see how the final fixture, between Mayo and Inishowen, goes to see if they have any chance of progression.

Manager Eamon McConigley, who also manages Letterkenny Rovers, also expressed his concern over how underage football is being run in the country.
