Letterkenny AC Teresa McDaid has won Signify Sports Manager of the month for December.
Teresa was manager of the Irish cross country C team which won 4 medals and came home with a silver team medal.
The Irish team claimed four medals at the Championships in Lisbon.
Fionnuala McCormack was fourth in the senior women’s race and the team secured silver medals
