Podium place for Caolan Irwin at the opening Pirelli National Superstock 600 race

Kilmacrennan’s Caolan Irwin was today on the podium at the opening Pirelli National Superstock 600 race, when he finished in third place at Outlon Park with his brother Rhys coming home in seventh place.

Ben Luxton secured victory in the opening Pirelli National Superstock 600 race, taking the win on the final lap. It was a race long battle between Luxton and Zac Corderoy, with the duo swapping places throughout the race. Coming down to the final lap, Luxton was able to find his way past at the final corner on the final lap.
