A POPULAR Letterkenny pizza restaurant has been granted a wine retailers licence.
Pat’s Pizza, Kilmacrennan Road, Letterkenny was granted the licence, for the purpose of selling wine for consumption off the property.
At Letterkenny District Court this week, applicant Mary Bradley told Judge Paul Kelly that she had been running businesses in Letterkenny for 36 years.
Another of her businesses, Pats On The Square, is also licensed, she said.
Ms Bradley said they do not sell alcohol to under-25s and delivery drivers are instructed to seek ID when carrying out home deliveries.
Architect Gerard Gallagher outlined the plans for the premises to the court.
There was no Garda objection and Judge Kelly granted the licence.
