Sixteen more new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Donegal.
Nationally, 10 further Covid-19 related deaths were reported by health officials.
There are 507 new confirmed cases in the Republic.
Of the deaths announced today, the media age was 75 years and the age range was 45 – 88 years. Nine deaths occurred in March, while one date of death remains under investigation. There has been a total of 4,576 Covid-19 related deaths in Ireland.
Donegal has recorded a total of 260 new cases of Covid-19 in the past two weeks. The 14-day incidence rate is now 163 per 100,000 – higher than the national average which is 150.5.
