An Inishowen man has been charged with spying on a naked woman through a keyhole.
The man, who cannot be named in order to protect the identity of the victim, was before last week’s district court charged with ‘offensive conduct of a sexual nature’ in March, 2018.
The man, who is in his forties, had his legal aid extended to include a Junior Barrister.
Defending solicitor, Mr Frank Dorrian, told Judge Paul Kelly the case was “a very tricky, complicated and interesting” one.
Judge Kelly adjourned the matter to the June sitting of Carndonagh District Court.
