Covid-19: 1,837 new cases with 208 in hospital

IRISH health officials today reported 1,837 new confirmed cases of Covid-19.

That is an more cases than yesterday when the 1,828 was the most in a single day since January.

The Department of Health says that there are now 208 patients in hospital receiving treatment for Covid-19.

Of those, 31 are in intensive care units.

At Letterkenny University Hospital, there are currently 10 patients receiving Covid-19 treatment, one of whom is in ICU.
