A number of students have appeared at Buncrana District Court charged with drugs offences.
Some of those who appeared were caught dabbling in drugs while celebrating their Leaving Certificate results.
Among the drugs found by Gardai were quantities of cannabis and amphetamines.
One student appeared with his parents.
Solicitor Patsy Gallagher said the young man had been given a stern warning by his parents.
Judge Kelly ordered the students to make various donations towards the restoration of a youth club being developed in Letterkenny by local businessman Paddy Delap.
Judge Kelly said he also hoped that the donations would be paid directly by the students themselves.
