An Chead Cheim is a drop-inn centre in Ballybofey open to individuals whose lives have been touched by addiction.
It is a free service run by dedicated volunteers open from 10am-1pm Monday to Friday.
We provide a confidential environment and offer a friendly ear to anyone who wish to come in and talk to like-minded people over a cup of tea/coffee.
We are not a rehabilitation centre and do not provide counselling, however we may be able to provide contact information for appropriate services that may be required based on the individuals circumstances.
Requirements
- People with experience in addiction in recovery who can share their experience strength and hope
- To be available for a scheduled shift,From Monday – Friday 10am – 1pm.
- To complete a basic orientation session where policies and procedures will be explained.
