A number of men have been arrested after a large quantity of goods was stolen from a Letterkenny sports shop.
The robbery took place at the premises on the town’s Main Street yesterday.
Gardai were alerted to the incident around 3.30pm
An investigation was launched and Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit stopped a car at a checkpoint last night.
Gardai arrested the driver and two passengers in connection with the theft.
All the goods stolen were also recovered from the car.
