Liam McColgan, of Seaview terrace, Glengad, Malin was spotted by Gardai after me made a ‘sharp turn’ into Charley’s Cafe at 2.40am on January 11th, 2020.
They suspected the 33 year old of driving under the influence and he was arrested.
When taken to Letterkenny Garda station a blood sample showed a reading of 151 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood in his system.
