Jordan Furey won the the Mixed Martial Arts Shock N Awe UK welterweight title in Portsmouth last night.
The Letterkenny man defeated Connor Tymon via first round submission at the Guildhall.
Furey represented Ireland at the MMA Super Cup in Bahrain earlier this year and trains in Dublin at the Straight Blast Gym.
The mixed martial artist is now 9-2 in his career.
