A woman in her 30s was taken to hospital last night following an alleged assault in Bundoran.
The incident occurred at a private residence in the town at around 11.30pm.
The woman’s injuries are described as non-life threatening.
A second woman, also aged in her 30s, was later arrested as part of the investigation. The accused was later charged and is due to appear in Ballyshannon District Court today.
