Moville Tidy Towns committee has confirmed this year’s National Spring Clean will take place on Saturday, April 1st, from 9am to 1.00pm.

Participants are asked to gather at the volunteer-base at St Eugene’s Hall Car Park with bags, gloves, pickers and high-vis vests.

All hands, big and small, are welcome to help. Please wrap up warm, and wear a high-vis if you have one.

Any litter gathered can be left along a main road where Donegal County Council will pick it up or it can be brought to St. Eugene’s Hall Car Park.

“We will be focusing on litter hotspots including along the Derry Road, Bredagh River and the back of Malin Road,” a committee spokesperson said.

“Thank you to all residents, businesses and visitors for your continued help and support in helping to keep Moville looking its very best.”

For further information, and updates, go to the Moville Tidy Towns Facebook page.
