Spate of car break-ins in Letterkenny town centre

An investigation is underway after three cars were broken into in Letterkenny yesterday.

The cars were targeted while parked in two car parks off Main Street/Oliver Plunkett Road.

One of the locations was outside a commercial premises and another is a pay and display car park.

Gardaí are treating the case as incidents of criminal damage and theft.

“Investigations are ongoing,” said a Garda spokesperson.
