Planning permission is being sought for a 24-metre high telecommunications structure in Castlefin.
On Tower Ireland Limited made the application to Donegal County Council for the project at Grahamsland.
The development description is to construct a 24-metre high multi-use lattice tower carrying antenna and dishes. The structure would be enclosed with a 2.4 metre high palisade fence compound with associated ground equipment and associated site works including new access gate, post and rail fencing.
The application was received by the council on 17th August and is at pre-validation stage. Submissions can be accepted until Wednesday 20th September, before a decision is due on 11th October 2023.
