It will be generally overcast and wet today across Ulster with outbreaks of rain and drizzle.
There may be some brief brighter spells this afternoon as heavier rain gradually clears northeastwards, but showers will follow. Moderate southeast winds and highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees.
It will be rather cloudy tonight with scattered showers, some heavy, but occasional clear breaks too, these most likely in the west of the province. Mist and fog patches will develop towards morning in the near calm conditions. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 13 degrees.
Tomorrow will be another rather cloudy overall with scattered showers. Early mist and fog patches will lift by the afternoon. The best of any sunny spells will be in the west. Highest temperatures of 17 to 20 degrees in light easterly or variable breezes.
The weather, however, is to become more settled over the weekend.
